Credit Card Processing Fee Disclosure
Sacred Sonic Healing imposes a convenience fee on credit cards that is not greater than my cost of acceptance.
The fees are as follows:
U.S. Cards: A surcharge of 3% (maximum of $15) on the transaction amount on credit card purchases.
International Cards: A surcharge of 4.5% (maximum of $15) on the transaction amount on credit card purchases.
There is no surcharge on debit card purchases or ACH transfers.
Voids and Refunds
Voided transactions: Will not have any payment processing fees associated with it as the fees have not yet been processed. The transaction will be returned to the original card the cardholder used for the transaction. I can reverse a transaction that was run in error as long as the batch has not yet been settled, if the batch has been settled, I can process a refund.
Processed refunds: The original payment processing fees for the transaction will apply as this fee has already been processed. The transaction will be returned to the original card the cardholder used for the transaction.
