I provide group healing sessions either in-person locally or remotely online to anywhere in the world. ln my sound bath sessions, I use 7 chakra crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz, tingsha cymbals, Himalayan singing bowl, chimes, rain stick, ocean drum, tuning forks, and more to create a relaxing and supportive environment for healing and transformation.

At the beginning of the session, I can guide participants towards a relaxed state to enhance their sound healing experience. If you wish, I can begin with brief gentle breathing exercises and a guided meditation to ease participants into the session. I could incorporate aromatherapy to further promote relaxation or create an inviting ambiance with incense. Sage smudging can also purify the space, while mantras or affirmations can usher participants into the sound bath with intention. It’s your choice depending on your preference. We’ll work together to customize the perfect session for your needs.
